You should not IPL over tattoos. The light energy will be more attracted to the pigments in the skin, rather than the melanin in the hair which can cause a reaction in the skin and blister. You should always go around your tattoos.
I have been using the Lumila lux for over two month and I see a definite difference in my regrowth with time I hope all hair will be gone from my face and underarm soon, it was a bit uncomfortable to use at first and level 4 is quite intense and I got a bit of skin damage but it cleared up quickly and then I decreased it to 2 and it's a bit better for my sensitive skin.
