Before you ask.

- Use your device for at least 60 days, and up to 90 days, from the date of delivery.
- Complete at least 6 treatment sessions, with a photo of the treated area before each session. The Lumilia Results Tracker app keeps these organised for you, or you can simply keep them on your phone.
- Submit your claim within 90 days of delivery: through the app, or by emailing your photos and order number to info@lumiliaskinco.com.
- Once your claim is confirmed, return your device by tracked courier. Return postage is for your account. Returns are processed within 2 business days of arriving at our warehouse, and your device purchase price is refunded.
- We may ask for your original photo files to confirm your claim.
- This guarantee is voluntary and is offered in addition to your rights under South African consumer law.
